No for the Hobby plan. For Independent and Business, yes, but the first payment is made at the start of the period (monthly or annually) and you can cancel at any time.
The Business plan includes 3 workers. From the 4th onwards, it costs 2.99 €/month extra per worker (29.90 €/year if you pay annually). It's billed as a separate subscription and adjusts automatically when you add or remove people.
