How do I connect Google Calendar?

Go to My panel → Google Calendar → Connect. You will be redirected to Google to authorize. Without this, your public landing remains in Draft mode.

Why is my landing in 'Draft' mode?

Almost always because Google Calendar is not connected. Connect it and the landing will be activated automatically.

How do I invite my team?

From Settings, there is an invitation code. Share it, they create an account and you approve them in Workers. Each extra seat in Business costs 2,99 €/month.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, at any time from Settings → Change plan. The change is immediate and proportional to the remaining cycle.

What happens if I exceed 10 bookings on the Hobby plan?

New bookings will be blocked until the 1st day of the next month. To avoid this, upgrade to Independent (4,99 €/month) and you'll have unlimited bookings.

Are there refunds if I cancel?

Access continues until the end of the paid period. Genuine refunds (incorrect charges, technical errors) are handled by support.

Do I have a test code, where do I redeem it?

In Settings → card 'Do you have a test code?'. You need to be logged in.

How do I manage my availability?

In Availability, you can define your usual hours by day of the week. You can also block specific dates or create exceptions.

Not today. Bookings are free for the end customer. It's our roadmap for 2026.

Does it work with Outlook or iCloud?

Google Calendar / Google Meet and Microsoft 365 / Outlook / Teams are supported — connect the one you use from My panel → Google Calendar or Outlook. iCloud is not supported yet.

What's the difference between Commercial and Partners?

Commercial (10% recurring, automatic approval) is for creators and freelancers. Partners (25% year 1, 8% year 2+, manual approval) is for agencies and consultancies with volume.

Can I be a client and partner with the same email?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your client account and partner panel coexist in the same session. Self-referred accounts (your own business buying with your link) are blocked automatically.

How does the 'Recommend a friend' program work?

Each account has a code in Settings. When a friend subscribes using that code and completes their first payment, the referrer receives 1 month free (cumulative) applied as a pause of the next renewal.

Anti-abuse rules: self-references (creating multiple accounts to refer to oneself), references between accounts with the same email/corporate domain or from the same device are automatically invalidated. If your company already has an account, your employees must join with the team code, NOT with the referral link. More than 3 credits in 30 days go to manual review.
