Frequently asked questions
Do I need to have a registered company?
No. You can sign up as an individual. If the commissions exceed the tax threshold in your country, you will have to declare them as income. We issue a monthly receipt with all payments for your accounting.
How are sales attributed?
Proprietary 60-day cookie from the first click on your bookingmeeting.com/?c=yourcode link. If the client buys within that window, the sale is yours. We do not use third-party cookies or cross-domain cookies.
What happens if a client cancels or requests a refund?
Commissions remain in a "pending" state for 30 days after charging the client. If they request a refund, an automatic clawback is made and the commission is not included in the payout. Paid commissions are yours — you only stop charging future monthly payments.
When do I get paid?
On the 1st day of each month. We group all your "approved" commissions from the previous month and send them to your PayPal. No minimums: even 5 € is paid.
Can I recommend my own account?
No. Self-referrals are automatically invalidated. You also cannot offer the client a personal discount with your own commission.
Can I switch to the Partners program later?
Yes. If you start bringing in volume and want to switch to 25 / 8 % with materials and direct support, write to support and we will help you migrate your account without losing attributions.
