Full transparency for the three supported providers: Google Calendar / Meet, Microsoft 365 / Outlook / Teams and Zoho Calendar / Zoho Meeting. We only access the minimum necessary for scheduling to work. On Google we comply with the Limited Use Policy; on Microsoft, delegated permissions are scoped to the user's own calendar; on Zoho, scopes are limited to calendar.READ + event.ALL + meeting.CREATE.
calendar.readonlyWe read busy intervals (free/busy) from your primary calendar so we don't offer overlapping slots. We never access the title, attendees, or content of your events on any of the three providers.
calendar.eventsWe create new events in your calendar when a client confirms a booking, automatically generating a Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or Zoho Meeting link depending on the provider you've connected. We don't modify or delete existing events.
If your team has a developer, everything you see here is exposed via REST API. No SDK, pure JSON, header-auth.
Not marketing. The actual technical measures we apply on your data.
OAuth refresh tokens are encrypted at rest with military-grade symmetric encryption. No one on the team can read them.
Documented legal basis (art. 6.1.f / legitimate interest) and right to object honored within one email reply.
We follow Google's Limited Use Policy: we only access free/busy and create events, nothing else.
Any aggregated metric shown across the platform respects this minimum threshold: no individual company can ever be identified from an aggregate.
Sign in, connect your calendar (Google, Outlook or Zoho), and share your link.
